Data we collect
We collect only what we need to run the store and answer you: name, email, phone, delivery or pickup details, order contents, payment status, invoice details, account details if used, messages you send us and basic technical data needed for the website to work.
Why we use it
- To confirm orders, availability, payment, pickup and delivery.
- To pack and ship goods through Omniva, courier or another agreed delivery provider.
- To keep accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal records.
- To answer support, returns, damage and complaint messages.
- To send marketing only when you asked for it or where legally allowed, with an unsubscribe option.
Legal basis
- Contract: to process orders, payments, pickup, delivery, returns and customer support.
- Legal obligation: to keep accounting, tax and consumer-rights records.
- Legitimate interest: to protect the store, prevent fraud and handle practical service messages.
- Consent: for optional marketing or non-essential cookies if those are used.
Who receives it
We may share necessary data with delivery providers, payment or banking providers, accounting providers, email or website hosting services and public authorities when required by law.
We do not sell customer data.
Cookies and local storage

Retention
