BÄSTARD store info

Store terms

Last updated: 1 August 2026. The practical agreement for buying fragile, handmade, one-off and gallery objects from BÄSTARD online.

Seller and contact

Products are sold by IRAMAX OÜ, trading as BÄSTARD, from Telliskivi 60a-5, Tallinn, Estonia. For any order, invoice, delivery or return question, contact hello@bastard.space.

These terms apply to online orders unless we agree something more specific in writing for a particular artwork, commission, workshop, event or special delivery.

Orders and availability

Many items are one-off, handmade, vintage, exhibition-related or stocked in very small quantities. An order is confirmed only after we check availability, delivery possibility and payment details.

If an item has already sold, is damaged, incorrectly listed or cannot reasonably be shipped, we may cancel the order and refund any payment already made.

Unless we agree otherwise, confirmed and paid online orders are fulfilled no later than 30 days after the order is placed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery, special packing, fragile handling, insurance, customs fees and similar costs are not included unless shown or agreed.

Payment may be handled by bank transfer, manual invoice, pay at pickup or another method confirmed by us. We normally dispatch goods only after payment has cleared.

Product character

We sell gallery objects, artworks, posters, jewellery, candles, soap, fragile pieces and other curated objects. Handmade, vintage and art objects may have small irregularities, marks, edition differences or traces of process.

Photos and descriptions are made in good faith. If exact colour, dimensions, condition or material matters to you, ask before ordering and we will check the piece.

Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, email us first with your order details, photos if relevant and the solution you want. We will try to solve it directly.

If we cannot agree, consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. You may also use other rights available under Estonian and EU consumer law.
